When customers produce lengths greater than or equal to 3 meters, we can choose scrap-free pre-shear system, which is applicable to all sizes because it is cut before forming, so there is no limit to the C-shape size. When customers need to produce a length less than 3 meters and have specific dimensions, we suggest use the scrap-free post-shear system, but each size needs to be equipped with a knife and the blade needs to be changed when changing the production size. The latter is a bit more expensive compared to the former. In addition, customers can also choose flying shearing method to improve the production speed.
